Open Casket ‘Open to All Artists’ Juried Show

Call for Artists

SuperCharged Printmakers Studio #119 is hosting a juried group art show during Fall Open Studios 2022 for all artists in Minnesota and beyond!

Important Dates

  • Sunday, October 23 by midnight – Deadline to apply and submit artwork
  • Thursday, October 27 – Selection response
  • Saturday, October 29 from 11:00-2:00 – Artwork drop-off in Studio #119
  • Sunday, October 30 1:00-4:00 – Artwork drop-off in Studio #119
  • Fall Open Studios Weekend (November 4-6) – Show open:
    • Friday 5:00-10:00
    • Saturday 11:00-8:00
    • Sunday 12:00-5:00
  • Saturday, November 12
    • Last day of show (by appointment)
    • 1:00-4:00 – Artwork pick-up in Studio #119

Please submit up to 3 selections to go through the selection process. All medium are Eligible for this juried show that will take place during the Caskets Arts open studio tour “Open Casket.”

Artists selected are invited to hang out anytime during the Open Casket event hours throughout the weekend.

Jim Clark is a draughtsman, painter, and sculptor, as well as a teaching artist and curator. He received his undergraduate art degree at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, an MFA at Vesper College, in addition to study at Cours de Civilisation Française de la Sorbonne and at the Academie de Port-Royal in Paris.

Nicole Mueller is a photographer, printmaker, and local real estate agent with a passion for modernist architecture and design. Her latest series of photographs was created in various iconic Palm Springs, California neighborhoods, using vintage film cameras and modern experimental film stock to capture the vibrant personalities and timeless style of the homes there.
