Learn and Explore Printmaking 8-Week Class

Take this printmaking challenge to learn and explore methods of printmaking. We will learn the history of  intaglio and screen printing, create some intaglio, screen prints and explore large scale cyanotype prints (demos on all three + monotypes) be prepared to do a self-portrait and be challenged with a variety of assignments exploring abstract monotypes and using nature finds in our prints.  Enjoy demonstrations and be part of our themed print exchange that will take  place on the last class. Make friends. Enjoy this great printmaking community and the benefits of membership with studio access for 8-weeks. Folks are encouraged to take in demonstrations and work on your own body of work during the class.

Supply fee includes plates for instruction demos and photo emulsion for screen printing and use of  screens during class to be reclaimed and returned at the end of class. Addition supplies may be purchased. A list will be provided after registration.
